Seller Levels & Benefits
Seller levels are our way of saying: the more you sell, the more the platform invests in you. They're based on one thing only — your trailing-365-day sales in dollars. No applications, no politics, just numbers.
The ladder
| Level | 12-month sales | What unlocks |
|---|---|---|
| Lv.1 Member | $0+ | 100 listings, standard auto-confirm wait |
| Lv.2 Bronze | $1,000+ | 200 listings, Top Pick slot eligibility |
| Lv.3 Silver | $10,000+ | 500 listings, dispute fee waived, ad credit quota |
| Lv.4 Gold | $20,000+ | 1,000 listings, unlimited ad credit, priority review |
| Lv.5 Platinum | $30,000+ | 1,500 listings, featured placement eligibility |
What actually matters at each step
Lv.2 is the first real milestone: Top Pick slots put your products in front of buyers browsing the homepage. One good month can get you here.
Lv.3 is where the economics change. The 1% dispute deduction — small, but real — disappears. For high-volume sellers that's meaningful money back every month. Plus the weekly Telegram ad credit to push your best listings.
Lv.4 and Lv.5 are about scale: listing caps high enough to run a serious catalog, and review priority so your new products go live in hours.
What levels don't do
They don't affect search ranking — a Lv.1 seller with a better price and warranty outranks a Lv.5 seller on the shelf. Levels unlock capacity and perks, never visibility cheating. Buyers compare products, not badges.
The fastest honest way up
There's no shortcut, but there is a fast lane: nail one product. One listing with competitive pricing, real warranty, and instant delivery will outsell twenty mediocre ones. Get your first hundred sales clean — low tickets, fast responses — and the level system takes care of itself. Sellers who chase levels with junk listings stall at Lv.1 with a pile of disputes.
Your level badge shows on your store page automatically. Wear it proudly — buyers do notice.
