Seller Rules & Policies
Short version: sell what you promise, deliver when you say, stay on the platform, don't be shady. Long version below. Violations follow a strike system — three strikes and your store is gone, along with unwithdrawn earnings in serious cases.
Instant suspension (no warnings)
- Selling access you don't own — hacked, phished, or otherwise stolen accounts. We cooperate with abuse reports.
- Taking buyers off-platform. Sharing your Telegram, WhatsApp, email or any contact in chat to dodge commission. Our detection catches it; the chat locks; you lose the store.
- Fake reviews or review manipulation — on your own listings or a competitor's.
- Malware or phishing links anywhere — listings, messages, delivery files.
Strikes (three and you're out)
- Chronic dead stock. Occasional dead accounts happen — that's what replacements are for. But if a large share of your sales ends in tickets, your listings get paused and you get a strike.
- Warranty dodging. Listing a 24-hour warranty and then ghosting tickets until it expires. The ticket timestamps everything; don't try it.
- Misleading listings. "Aged 2019" accounts that are actually fresh, "USA" accounts from elsewhere, missing features you claimed. What the listing says is a contract.
- Abusive messages to buyers, support, or other sellers.
What good sellers do
- Keep stock fresh and descriptions accurate.
- Answer tickets within hours, not days.
- Honor the warranty you advertised — replacements are cheaper than disputes.
- Keep all communication inside AccLocker chat.
Appeals
Think a strike was unfair? Contact support with the order or message IDs. Every moderation action is logged with the evidence, so appeals are reviewed against the actual record — not someone's memory of it.
None of this is meant to scare honest sellers. In practice, sellers who deliver working products and answer their tickets never hear from us. The rules exist so buyers trust the marketplace — and buyer trust is what fills your order queue.
