Buying digital accounts online can feel like a gamble — you pay first, then hope the credentials actually work. AccLocker is built around one simple idea: your money stays protected until you've had a chance to test what you bought. Here's how that works in practice.
Escrow-style balance payments. You never pay a seller directly. Your order is funded from your AccLocker balance, and the seller's earnings are held for a 24-hour freeze window after delivery. If something is wrong in that window, the refund comes out of the held funds — not out of your pocket, and not out of a support ticket that takes weeks.
Warranty starts at delivery, not at checkout. Every listing carries a stated warranty (for example, 24 or 72 hours). The clock only begins when the account credentials are actually delivered to you — so a seller can't burn your warranty window with a late delivery. If the account dies or the login fails inside the warranty period, open a ticket and you'll get a replacement or a refund to your balance.
Keep everything on-platform. All delivery, messaging and payments happen inside AccLocker. Sellers can't reach you off-platform, and contact details (emails, phone numbers, Telegram handles) are automatically screened from messages. If someone asks to take the deal to Telegram, WhatsApp or anywhere else, don't — orders made off-platform have zero buyer protection.
Real dispute help, not a dead inbox. Every order has a ticket thread shared by you, the seller and support. Either side can escalate to an admin for a final decision — replacement, refund to balance, or release to the seller. Repeat-offender sellers face strikes and suspension, and contact-leak attempts go through a moderation queue.
