Terms of Service

1. The marketplace

AccLocker is a marketplace where independent sellers list digital accounts and buyers purchase them. AccLocker provides the platform, payment handling, delivery infrastructure and dispute resolution, but the seller is the party offering each listed product unless it is sold by the official AccLocker store.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information at signup, including a valid Telegram username. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and two-factor devices secure. One account per person; duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended.

3. Orders and delivery

Payment is held by AccLocker until delivery is confirmed or the warranty inspection period ends. Warranty runs from the moment of delivery. Manually delivered orders that remain undelivered after 24 hours are automatically refunded, except pre-orders and orders under open dispute.

4. Refunds and disputes

Buyers may open a dispute within the warranty window. AccLocker support reviews the evidence and may order a replacement, a refund to the buyer's balance, or release of funds to the seller. Decisions on escalated cases are final.

5. Seller obligations

Sellers must deliver exactly what is listed, honor the stated warranty, and never share contact details or move deals off-platform. Store applications require a non-refundable application fee, and every product needs admin approval before going live. Sellers must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal.

6. Prohibited conduct

Fraud, chargeback abuse, sale of stolen accounts, sharing other users' personal data, attempting to circumvent the messaging filters, or any illegal activity will result in suspension and forfeiture of balances where permitted by law.

7. Fees

AccLocker charges a commission on each sale and optional fees for store applications and promoted placements, as displayed in the admin-set rate tables. Fees are non-refundable once the corresponding service is rendered.

8. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccLocker's liability is limited to the fees paid for the transaction in question. We are not liable for losses arising from third-party account providers suspending or reclaiming accounts outside our control.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
