1. What we collect

When you use AccLocker we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, Telegram username, and any profile details you add. When you buy or sell, we also process order records, payment references, support tickets and messages you exchange through our internal messaging system.

2. Google sign-in

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google, as permitted by the scopes you approve (openid, email, profile). We use this only to create and identify your AccLocker account. We do not access your Gmail, contacts or any other Google data.

3. How we use it

We use your information to operate the marketplace: creating accounts, processing orders and deliveries, sending order and security notifications (email and Telegram), preventing fraud, and providing customer support. We never sell your personal data.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect against abuse (rate limiting, CSRF protection). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Data sharing

We share data only as needed to run the service: payment processors for top-ups and payouts, and email/Telegram delivery providers for notifications. Support staff may access account data when handling your tickets.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed, sensitive secrets are encrypted at rest, and withdrawals require two-factor authentication plus a one-time email code. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support. Deletion may be limited where records must be retained for fraud prevention, tax or legal obligations.
