How to Track Your Order

Oct 03, 2026

Q: Where is my order?
Dashboard → Orders. Every order you've ever placed is there, newest first. Click any order to see its full page: items, delivery files, warranty countdown, and the ticket button.

Q: What do the statuses mean?

  • Pending — payment received, seller hasn't delivered yet. For auto-delivery products this lasts seconds. For manual delivery, check the listing's stated delivery time.
  • Delivered — the credentials are on your order page. Your warranty window is now running. Test now.
  • Completed — you confirmed receipt, or the auto-confirm timer ran out. Money is released to the seller. You can still leave a review.
  • Cancelled — the order was cancelled before delivery; your balance was refunded.
  • Refunded — money returned to your balance after a ticket or dispute.

Q: Where are my actual account credentials?
On the order page, in the delivery section. Bulk orders download as a file (usually one account per line, format shown on the listing). Keep this file somewhere safe — it's the product you paid for.

Q: The order says "delivered" but I don't see anything. Now what?
First, refresh the page — delivery files sometimes need a second. If there's genuinely nothing there after a few minutes, don't wait: open a ticket from the order page. Opening a ticket freezes the seller's payout, which gets their attention fast.

Q: What is auto-confirm?
If you don't click "Confirm Received" yourself, the system confirms automatically after a few days (the exact wait depends on the seller's level). Auto-confirm releases the money to the seller and closes the ticket window — so if something's wrong, open that ticket before the timer runs out. The order page shows you exactly how much time is left.

Q: Can I get an invoice or receipt?
Every order page shows the full breakdown: unit price, quantity, total, payment method, timestamps. Your wallet ledger records every balance movement permanently.
